This product is made using 100% green tea. I make to order because of it's shelf life. These are all natural ingredients in this product. Spray on hands and feet to kill odor and reduce perspiration as much as you like. Spray feet and between toes in the morning before putting on socks and spray after taking off socks. Spray inside shoes for a refresh daily to kill fungus.
